Getting to Croatia

Croatia is easy to access

By CAR:

The region is easy to access from Central Europe with good motorway access to Munich, Salzburg and Vienna.

From the UK it is about 16 hours drive from the Channel ports.

If you are travelling from the north of England there are excellent ferry crossings from Hull and Newcastle to Holland. These put you close to the German autobahns for a "swift" drive to Austria

Interactive map and driving instructions.

For your convenience we have added an interactive map and driving instructions application between major UK cities the Croatian Adriatic coast. Feel free to use it anytime.

By TRAIN:

The region does not have the best railway links in Europe. If you decide on getting there by train, your best connection would be via Paris and Munich. Be warned the journey will be above 24 hours and your destination may be "miles and miles" from the nearest train station.
